Bernie was found in a township, chained to a generator. apparently for 2 years. He hardly had room to move, nor any shade. But even with his crap start to life. this amazing little boy just wants to be close to humans, and have some company. We will need a home that will have patience with him as he was not trained, nor taught any basic obedience
