Rossi is a little deaf bullie who was hit in the face with a sjambok for being a typical boisterous bullie boy. Rossi also seems to have trouble with his eye sight. Needs an experienced owner. He is such a love-ball when he trusts you. Rossi will also play with his ball, and in water, for hours.
